Ugly Betty Update (UPDATED)

Since I have fallen head over heels for my TV, I have decided to provide weekly updates for my favourite TV shows. For starters, here’s an update for the newest ugly betty episode. 

Blog=$?

That was how much my old blog was worth. And its US currency! So how does this current blog fair? Well, its still pending at $0 unfortunately. So hopefully it breaks the egg soon. It will be a milestone.

Project Runway 4

Wow. I’m superly duperly excited. Project Runway 4 is going to premiere on NOVEMBER 14! That’s like less than a month away. I simply cannot wait. I love Bravotv.

 Meanwhile, its back to the books till then.

FRUSTRATION

My dad is seriously getting on my nerves. And here I thought I was the childish one at home. Sometimes I feel he’s more a baby than me. Oh well, whatever the reason, I hope I get over it soon. Anyhow, I’m feeling really irritated and pissy right now. And for those who think i hardly get angry, I do at times. Oh ya, this is for Alvin if he sees this. You still havent given me your new url for your new blog. I’M WAITING…

Speak good english?

After an extensive conservation, I mean conversation with my father of whether it is justifiable to speak proper English in all occasions, I still feel strongly that it is vital to converse in standard English at all times. He has  a strong stand in claiming that as long as the information is carried forward, it is ok to speak in broken English. I, on the other hand think it is ridiculous and outrageous to be unable to  speak your first language well. I mean, if you are fluent in your second language, then, at least thats acceptable. Since you can still fall back on another language. But for a typical Singaporean, to whom I refer to my father, or even my mother, they really arent that well versed in either field. As  such, I heed everyone to take their languages seriously. Dont let your linguistic ability turn out like something above. And please excuse me for the erhem words used above. Its all for fun.
