“Section 377A”

For those not in touch with the news, this particular issue seem worth discussing about. I mean, at least it caught my attention on the news yesterday. How often do you get to hear news concerning homosexuality? Speaking of homosexuality, its kind of ironic isn’t it? Few days ago it was Dumbledore being gay, and now this. Anyhow, I think whatever the relative authorities do decide to do, ultimately, it should protect the minority and not discriminate any single disadvantaged party. I mean, our country do go by the basis of equality as one of its many values doesn’t it? As such, it wouldn’t be right to condemn a particular group of people just because of their sexual orientation. Being conservative is one thing, but it should see that the needs of the nation, of both the majority and minority are contantly being dealt with and addressed upon with utmost concern as its priority.

Ok, some of you may be weirded out by this but I’m just trying to practise writing. I am seriously considering the option of writing an argumentative essay for my English paper. I’m really CONSIDERING. And I do think I have a flair for writing factual, opinionated compositions as compared to essays that require flamboyant and bombastic words, like descriptives, and narratives. Anyhow, I should start writing in Mandarin too. Practice makes perfect.
